Job Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced Painter for a full-time position in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing walls and surfaces by applying paint, varnish, and other finishes. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail as well as have excellent time management skills to ensure that projects are completed on time. Our company offers a salary of 1000 with opportunity for growth. We are open to considering a foreign candidate for this position.

Responsibilities
Clean walls, floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment prior to painting or staining
Mix paint according to the required color or texture
Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces
Calculate the amount of required materials for each job
Select appropriate paints or finishes according to the needed durability
Apply coats of paint and other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray guns, or any other necessary implements
Erect and maintain scaffolding and work platforms as needed
Perform minor repairs such as filling gaps with spackle or plaster before painting
Maintain records of supplies used and tasks completed
Inspect jobs after completion to ensure they meet clients’ standards.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in painting preferred
Must have at least two years of experience in painting or related field
Must possess strong knowledge of proper techniques used in preparation and application of paint and other finishes
Excellent time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail with superior precision in work performed
