Job Title: Maintenance Specialist – Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE (Contract Job)
We are seeking a Maintenance Specialist for our facility in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintenance and repair work and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We prefer candidates who are fluent in English and hold their own visas, but are open to all nationalities.

Your main duties will include inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, plumbing systems, HVAC systems, as well as performing general repairs such as painting and carpentry work. You will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and that the facility is kept clean and safe. Additionally, you will be expected to provide technical support to other staff members when needed.

To be successful in this role you should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to think quickly on your feet. You should also have a good understanding of safety protocols as well as a strong knowledge of building codes. Ideally, you should have at least three years of experience in a similar role.
