Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: AED 1500

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join a rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the region.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies that are aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Establish relationships with potential clients and maintain existing relationships with current clients.
• Monitor customer service levels and take corrective action as needed.
• Meet sales targets set by the company.
• Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Develop plans for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales activity and performance metrics.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and changes in consumer behaviour.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales or marketing roles preferred, but not required.
• Excellent knowledge of the local market dynamics, industry regulations, customer needs, pricing strategies etc..
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving skills required.
