We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Our ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of personnel and operations within the organization. This includes setting goals, developing strategies, as well as monitoring staff performance. The Supervisor will lead the team by providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Additionally, he/she will need to ensure all health and safety regulations are met.

The successful candidate should also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to resolve conflicts quickly while maintaining a positive attitude. Above all, he/she should be able to motivate staff members to reach their highest levels of productivity while ensuring a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 per month and we are willing to consider foreign applicants for this role.
