Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a supervisor or equivalent role
• Proven experience with staff management and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field (preferred)
