Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operations, from staff management to customer service. You will be expected to ensure that the hotel maintains high standards of service, while adhering to all regulations and laws. You will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and maximize profits.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
