We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines and quality standards are met.

Job Description:
• Manage construction projects from start to finish
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on progress
• Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to during the construction process
• Monitor cost of materials and labor
• Ensure that all deadlines and quality standards are met
• Prepare reports for management
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project
• Supervise project staff on site
Demands For The Candidate:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction management
• Proven track record of successful management of multiple projects at once
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
