Oenologist vacancy in Jabal-Ali UAE

Oenologist - Jabal-Ali, UAE (Preference for Indians with Biometric Passports and Accommodation)
We are seeking an Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This position is open to Indian citizens who possess a biometric passport and are provided with accommodation. Previous experience is not required.

As an Oenologist, you will be responsible for creating and evaluating new wine recipes, as well as supervising the production process. You will be expected to analyze samples and use sensory evaluation techniques to determine quality, consistency, and flavor. You will also be expected to keep detailed records of experiments and create reports on findings. Additionally, you may need to visit wineries or vineyards in order to assess quality of grapes, soil composition, climate effects on crops etc.

To be successful in this role you should have excellent knowledge of the science behind winemaking process as well as the chemistry of vineyard operations. You should also possess strong problem solving skills and have a good eye for detail when it comes to analyzing samples and data.
