Engineer - Al-Kuwait (1000 salary)

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering.
• Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
• Proven experience in project management and problem solving.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel when needed.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities:
• Developing new product designs, prototypes, and processes for the production line.
• Carrying out research projects to improve existing products and processes.
• Analyzing data, materials, and other information to identify solutions for engineering problems.
• Evaluating existing technology for potential improvements or modifications.
• Developing plans to ensure that projects meet deadlines and budgets are maintained.
• Working closely with other engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure project success.

Job Purpose: The Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of all engineering projects in Al-Kuwait according to customer specifications and within budget guidelines while adhering to all safety regulations
