We are looking for a Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait! In this role, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing excellent customer service. You will have the opportunity to utilize your creative skills by designing floral arrangements that meet customer specifications.

The successful candidate will have a passion for flowers and design with a keen eye for detail. You must be able to work independently as well as with a team in order to deliver the highest quality of services.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:
• Maintain inventory of floral supplies
• Design floral arrangements that meet customers’ needs
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist customers with flower selection
• Keep up-to-date on trends in flower design
• Recommend additional products or services that may interest customers
• Ensure proper handling and care of flowers so they remain fresh
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and training sessions

Qualifications Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent certification required
• 1+ year experience as a Florist preferred
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
• Professionalism when interacting with customers
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to handling flowers
