UX Designer Position

Job Responsibilities:
• Designing user interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications
• Conducting user research to better understand customer needs and preferences
• Creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, mockups/designs
• Developing standards/guidelines that will ensure the best possible user experience
• Collaborating with other teams such as product managers, developers, QA engineers

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related area preferred but not required
• At least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design • Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma • Excellent creative problem solving skills • Ability to work independently or as part of a team • Excellent communication skills
