Job Title: Security Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Security Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing security operations for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment through the implementation of security protocols and procedures that ensure the safety of personnel, assets, and property.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Develop and implement effective security policies, procedures and systems for the organization
• Monitor security measures to detect any potential threats or risks
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Analyze current security systems to identify areas of improvement
• Respond to incidents or emergencies in a timely manner
• Lead investigations into breaches of security or other suspicious activities
• Train staff on security protocols and procedures
• Monitor access control systems such as CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, entry/exit control systems etc.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving skills
• Knowledge of safety management principles and practices
