Pastry Chef Position – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the pastry production operations and ensuring high quality standards.

Salary: 1800 (negotiable based on experience). We are open to considering an immigrant.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, bake, and decorate high quality desserts and specialty cakes
• Follow established recipes and procedures while also experimenting with new flavors and techniques
• Design innovative presentations for cakes, pastries, desserts, etc.
• Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and health standards at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area throughout the shift
• Monitor and order inventory of baking supplies as needed
• Train junior pastry chefs in preparation methods for desserts, pastries, cakes, etc.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or related position
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to work independently without supervision as well as part of a team
