Job Description
The Painter will be responsible for painting interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and other structures according to given instructions. This includes preparing walls, ceilings, trim, furniture, and fixtures for painting; selecting appropriate paint colors; applying primers; mixing paint to obtain desired color; as well as using various types of painting equipment such as brushes, rollers, spray guns, etc. The Painter will monitor the progress of the work and ensure that it is completed within the given timeline.

Qualifications & Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in painting buildings or other structures
• Proven ability to mix colors accurately following written instructions or customer requests
• Ability to work from ladders or scaffolding at heights safely
• Knowledge of various types of paints, stains, varnishes, primers etc.
• Good physical condition allowing you to perform strenuous activities like climbing ladders/scaffolding or carrying heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for long periods of time • High School Diploma or equivalent certification required
