We are looking for a Fitter to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment and parts according to specifications.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They should also have a good understanding of safety procedures and be informed about the use of tools, materials, and machines.

The Fitter will be expected to assemble and install new machinery or repair existing ones as instructed by management or supervisors. They should also be able to follow safety regulations while doing their job and maintain a clean working environment at all times. Furthermore, they must ensure that all repairs are carried out in accordance with relevant instructions. As part of the role, they should also identify any maintenance issues that may arise during their shift and take appropriate action to remedy them.

The successful applicant must be able to read blueprints or technical drawings in order to determine how mechanical parts fit together correctly. They should possess strong communication skills in order to effectively interact with other members of the team or customers when necessary. Additionally, they must be reliable and have the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines set by management or supervisors.
