Head of Radio Station – UAE (El-Fujairah), with Accommodation and Biometric Passport (Urgent)

We are looking for a qualified Head of Radio Station to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience working in radio station management and be able to provide innovative ideas that will help us reach our goals.
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A biometric passport is required as well as the ability to speak English fluently. We will provide accommodation for the successful candidate.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Monitoring daily station operations;
• Creating schedules;
• Developing program ideas;
• Maintaining regular communication with other departments;
• Supervising team members;
• Ensuring compliance with FCC regulations;
• Handling customer inquiries;
• Preparing reports and budget estimates;
• Coordinating promotional activities.
