Digital Community Manager (Fujairah, UAE)
We are looking for a Digital Community Manager to join our team in Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in digital community management and be available for a contract position. The successful applicant will be provided with a free visa and ticket, and should not be required to speak English as part of the role. We are particularly interested in candidates with Indian nationality, though all applications will be considered.
The core responsibilities of this role include managing our online communities, developing content strategies to build brand loyalty, creating engaging content, monitoring customer feedback, responding to inquiries quickly and efficiently, and managing digital campaigns. Additionally, the Digital Community Manager will identify opportunities for growth across multiple social media channels and ensure that our messaging is consistent and on brand.
We are seeking an organized individual with excellent communication skills who is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must also demonstrate an understanding of SEO/SEM principles as well as experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
