Job Title: Construction Manager – UAE (Dibba-El-Fujairah) - Preference for Indians with English Language Skills


We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and completion of construction projects, as well as the supervision of staff and sub-contractors. You must be able to communicate effectively and be a strong problem solver.

We are particularly interested in applicants from India who can speak English fluently. All gender candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and direct construction personnel and activities to ensure project progresses on schedule within budget
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring accurate records are kept
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed by all personnel onsite
• Oversee quality control throughout the duration of the project
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors and other relevant stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Fluent in English (preferably native speaker)
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines applicable to construction sites
