Job Title: Chat Operator (No English Required) – Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced chat operator to help manage our customer service operations in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong customer service ethic. We prefer that applicants are of Indian descent and are open to applicants of all ages.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responding to customer inquiries via our online chat platform in a timely manner
• Assisting customers with product information, orders, returns and other related questions
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Staying up-to-date on product information and services offered by the company
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred
• Previous experience working in customer service or a related field preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the native language of India
• Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult customers
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of basic computer programs such as MS Office, G Suite etc.
