We are seeking an experienced oenologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in the production and analysis of wines, and will have excellent communication skills. We highly prefer applicants who have experience working in the wine industry or who are Indian nationals, however this is not a strict requirement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wine production and analysis, including grape selection, fermentation control, and barrel aging. They will also lead sensory evaluations of finished wines and ensure that they meet quality standards. They should be able to interpret analytical results accurately and follow up with corrective measures when necessary. Additionally, they should have knowledge of different wine styles and grape varieties.

The successful applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills in order to manage relationships with suppliers, customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders within the organization. A strong work ethic is essential as the position requires long hours at times to ensure that all duties are carried out effectively.
