Staff Assistant (No Experience Required) – Medina, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Staff Assistant in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be able to provide assistance in the day-to-day operations of the business and provide a friendly atmosphere for customers and colleagues.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to work with minimal supervision, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience is not required but preferred.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: providing administrative support; managing customer service inquiries; preparing documents; managing data entry; maintaining filing systems; handling customer complaints; and providing general office support.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have fluency in English and any nationality is welcome to apply. Accommodation will be provided for suitable candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking for their first job!
