Office Clerk (Part Time, Experienced)
Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia (Preference for Indians)

We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This position is part-time and requires prior experience in a similar role. We offer visa sponsorship for the successful applicant.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
β€’ Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
β€’ Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
β€’ Managing customer accounts and updating relevant information
β€’ Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
β€’ Taking messages and forwarding them to the appropriate person or department
β€’ Performing general office duties such as photocopying and scanning documents
Qualifications:
β€’ High school diploma or equivalent required
β€’ Prior experience working as an Office Clerk or in a related field is required
β€’ Knowledge of office procedures and basic computer skills
β€’ Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form
β€’ Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work independently
