Contract Call Center Representative - Medina, Saudi Arabia (Preferably Egyptian)
We are looking to hire an experienced and enthusiastic Contract Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should be a native or proficient Egyptian speaker, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to learn new things. This is a perfect job for someone who is looking for an entry-level position without experience. We welcome applications from students as well.

The successful candidate will work closely with our customers to provide them with reliable information and assistance. They will also need to identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Other responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

To be considered for this role you must have excellent communication skills in both English and Egyptian; strong organizational skills; the ability to multi-task; the capacity to work efficiently under pressure; good problem-solving skills; and an understanding of basic computer applications such as MS Word and MS Excel.
