Housekeeping Manager - Umm-Said, Qatar (no English required)
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a background in housekeeping management and/or hospitality, along with experience leading and managing a team. We prefer candidates of Indian nationality or with experience of working in India, as the role does not require English language skills.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for the overall supervision of the housekeeping team, including hiring and training staff, developing schedules and duties, ensuring staff are properly equipped with necessary supplies and equipment. They will also be responsible for supervising the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas, staff facilities, offices, lobbies, hallways, elevators and stairways. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills and demonstrate strong problem solving abilities.

The Housekeeping Manager should display excellent customer service skills at all times when interacting with guests or colleagues to ensure the highest standards of hospitality are provided. As part of their role they will also be expected to maintain records on employee performance and attendance as well as monitor quality control standards within the department.
