We are seeking a reliable and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, possess exceptional organizational and people skills, and be an excellent communicator in both English and Urdu.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. This includes organizing files, scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and assisting with general office tasks. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and remain calm under pressure.

The contract position requires a minimum of two years of relevant experience and the ability to remain flexible with respect to working hours. A Pakistani nationality is preferred but not required.
