Administrative Assistant - Malayalees or Egyptian Preferred (Dukhan, Qatar)
We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. The successful applicant will provide administrative support to the various departments in the company, including managing and coordinating tasks such as filing, scheduling and data entry. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Preference will be given to Malayalees or Egyptians who do not require English proficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, data entry, etc.
• Prepare documents and reports for various departments within the company
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents and reports
• Liaise with other departments to ensure efficiency
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the organization
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, etc.
• Preference given to Malayalees or Egyptians who do not require English proficiency
