Art Director (No English Required/Without Experience/For Freshers) - Ar-Ruwais, Qatar
We are currently looking for an Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This position is open to individuals of all nationalities, who have no experience and are willing to take on a fresh challenge.

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative elements of our projects and ensuring that they are in line with our clients’ goals. You will be required to lead a team of designers and other creative professionals by providing guidance and direction. You will need to work closely with marketing teams, account managers, and other stakeholders in order to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize creative campaigns and design briefs
• Lead a team of designers and other creative professionals
• Develop strategies for creating visuals
• Oversee the production process from concept development through final delivery
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant brand guidelines
• Review drafts created by designers and provide feedback on how they can be improved
• Provide regular reports on progress to stakeholders
• Liaise with clients when necessary to discuss project requirements or changes
• Remain up-to-date with industry trends in order to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design or related field
• Proven experience as an art director or similar role within an agency setting
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.)
• A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
• Outstanding leadership abilities
