Job Title: Wedding Planner - Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the process of planning and organizing weddings from start to finish. You must have a keen eye for detail and excellent interpersonal skills to ensure that all clients’ requirements are met.

Ideally, you should have prior experience in wedding planning or event management and a good understanding of local traditions and customs. You should also be a Pakistani national or reside in Qatar. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Research venues, suppliers, and vendors in line with client requirements
• Prepare detailed budgets and coordinate with vendors to ensure cost effectiveness
• Create timelines for the event leading up to the day of the wedding
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on wedding decoration options
• Assist with the selection of catering services, photographers, music bands, entertainers etc.
• Oversee setup on the day of the event and make sure everything is running smoothly
• Monitor all costs associated with the event throughout the process
• Provide post-event evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or Event Manager (minimum 3 years)
• A good understanding of local traditions and customs related to weddings
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal & written)
• Pakistani nationality or residency in Qatar
