Business Coach - Al-Khor, Qatar
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients regarding business strategies and processes.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing effective business coaching strategies for clients.
• Conducting individual and group sessions with clients to discuss business goals, objectives, processes, and challenges.
• Providing guidance on developing effective business plans and strategies.
• Analyzing current business practices and processes in order to identify areas of improvement.
• Assisting clients with problem solving and developing creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to provide the best advice possible.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Coach or related role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required; Pakistani nationals are encouraged to apply.

Contract job: This is a full-time contract position based in Al-Khor, Qatar with competitive compensation depending on experience.
