Librarian (Africans, No English Required, Experienced, Own Visa, Women) – Abu-Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Librarian to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This is an excellent opportunity for African nationals who have their own visa and no English language requirements.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years’ experience in library services. Responsibilities will include providing library services and materials to meet the informational needs of patrons; organizing and maintaining library resources; assisting patrons with research inquiries; cataloging resources using automated systems; and training staff on the use of library equipment and systems.

In addition to the experience requirement stated above, we are also looking for individuals who are passionate about libraries and have a strong understanding of library principles. The ideal candidate should be organized and detail-oriented, with excellent customer service skills. They should also possess strong communication skills in order to effectively interact with patrons and colleagues.
