Construction Manager job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and coordination of construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or similar field, as well as at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. Additionally, the candidate should be knowledgeable in project management techniques, safety regulations, and have strong problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide leadership throughout all stages of the project; from planning to completion. They will oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors, manage budgets, coordinate materials and equipment procurement, ensure quality control measures are met and evaluate progress reports. Additionally, they will need to maintain accurate records and ensure that all relevant regulations are followed.
