Optometrist job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patients with comprehensive eye and vision examinations, including refraction and diagnostic testing. They will also provide appropriate advice and recommendations to patients in regards to their ocular health.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work well with patients of all ages. They should be able to evaluate ocular health, diagnose eye diseases, detect and diagnose visual disorders, and prescribe corrective lenses or vision therapy as necessary. Knowledge of the latest advances in the field is a plus.

Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of patient examination results, fitting contact lenses, providing pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients, discussing treatment options with patients, explaining the use of prescribed medications or treatments, counseling patients on diet and lifestyle habits that affect vision health, and referring patients to other healthcare professionals as needed.
