(Job Summary)
We are looking for a Travel Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality customer service and advice on travel arrangements to both domestic and international customers. The Travel Agent will be expected to keep up-to-date with changes in the travel industry, be knowledgeable about various destinations and offer clients the best possible deals when booking their trips.

(Job Responsibilities)
The main responsibility of a Travel Agent is to effectively manage client requests for travel services, including flights, hotels, car rental and other related services. This includes taking into consideration the customer’s budget, their needs and preferences in order to provide them with the most suitable options that meet their requirements. The Travel Agent will also be tasked with researching various destinations in order to recommend the best ones according to customer requirements. Other duties include handling all client inquiries in a timely manner and keeping accurate records of all transactions.

(Qualifications & Skills)
The ideal candidate should possess a college degree or diploma in tourism or hospitality studies along with prior experience as a Travel Agent or similar role. They should also have excellent communication skills as well as strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. The successful candidate should also have outstanding customer service skills and an aptitude for problem solving and multitasking. A good knowledge of international destinations is also essential for this role as well as being proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.).
