Al-Kuwait is looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to join its fast-growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies in order to grow the organization's brand, reach, and customer base.

The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to think strategically. The successful candidate should have experience in planning campaigns, analyzing data, and creating marketing materials. They should also be familiar with digital marketing techniques and trends.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies
• Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, emails, etc.
• Monitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis
• Organize promotional events such as conferences or trade shows
• Create content for blogs, websites, social media platforms
• Generate leads and grow sales through various channels
• Oversee budget costs and ensure effective use of resources
• Track performance metrics to assess ROI of campaigns
• Monitor customer feedbacks and suggestions to drive growth opportunities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising or related field
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in a related industry • Ability to plan campaigns & analyze data • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques & trends • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign) • Strong organizational & leadership abilities • Attention to detail with an analytic mindset
