Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the field of speech therapy, preferably working with children. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, a strong passion for helping others, and a commitment to providing high-quality assistance.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessments and treatments for speech disorders and other communication difficulties
- Develop and implement personalized and appropriate therapy plans to help patients reach their maximum potential
- Educate patients on how to use assistive devices such as Augmentative Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, computer software, and other tools
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Monitor patient progress and keep accurate records
- Attend professional development seminars or conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Speech Therapy or related field

- Two years of experience in Speech Therapy, specifically working with children

- In-depth knowledge of research methods, principles and techniques used in Speech Therapy

- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, peers, and other professionals

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational skills

Salary: 1400 KWD per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant.
