Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing medical care to patients under the supervision of a physician. The Physician Assistant must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a diverse patient population.

The Physician Assistant will:
• Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services while collaborating with physicians and other medical staff members
• Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays
• Make tentative diagnoses or provide consultation to physicians
• Provide patient education regarding treatments, medications, tests, preventative care measures, etc.
• Assist in surgery by performing preoperative examinations
• Monitor patients through visits or telephone conversations.
• Counsel and advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Prescribe medication within scope of practice under the supervision of a physician.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in medicine or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred
• At least two years of experience as a Physician Assistant required; experience working in primary care preferred
• Valid state license to practice as a Physician Assistant required
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required
• Ability to work with diverse populations preferred

Salary: 1600 + benefits
