We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of one year of experience in an administrative position and should be comfortable working with computers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintaining office supplies inventory
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
• Answering phone calls and forwarding messages
• Keeping records of all documents and maintaining filing systems
• Assisting with customer service inquiries
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, superior organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong multitasking abilities. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this position. The salary for this position is 1700 KD per month.
