We are searching for a Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and proven ability to generate sales leads and convert them into revenue.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles. A good grasp of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools is also required. The Sales Manager will be expected to use their interpersonal skills to build relationships with our clients, understand their needs and ensure that they are met effectively and efficiently.

The successful candidate should be able to identify potential customers, develop comprehensive sales plans and strategies to meet company goals. They should also be able to analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, assess customer needs and develop appropriate sales plans accordingly. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring targets are met and providing support whenever needed.

We offer an attractive salary package of 1100 per month plus commission based on performance for this position. We are willing to consider immigrants for this role.
