Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Excavator Operator for our construction site in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move, and grade earth materials, as well as perform related tasks. This position offers a salary of 1700 per month.

The successful candidate should have excellent physical strength, stamina, and dexterity to handle the heavy machinery safely and efficiently. He/she should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with the team on-site. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating Excavators to excavate earth material according to blueprints and instructions from supervisors
• Ensuring that safety protocols are followed at all times when operating the machine
• Coordinating with the team on-site when necessary
• Loading soil into dump trucks or other hauling equipment
• Performing repairs or maintenance on equipment as needed
• Inspecting excavators regularly for safe operation
• Complying with company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training a plus
• 3+ years of experience in operating excavators in a construction setting; experience in Kuwait a plus
• Good physical strength, stamina, and dexterity needed to operate machines safely
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read blueprints and understand instructions from supervisors
