Job Role & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce parts for our clients in accordance with given specifications. The duties include setting up the machines, loading programs, selecting tools for specific operations, setting cutting parameters and monitoring the machines during production runs. The CNC operator must inspect parts to ensure they meet the required standards and make adjustments if necessary. Other duties include performing maintenance on the machines as required and ensuring that the workplace is clean and organized.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent;
• Good knowledge of mathematics;
• Ability to read blueprints;
• Previous experience in CNC machining is preferred but not essential;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills; • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
