Construction Manager, Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE (No English Required)

We are seeking a full-time Construction Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in construction management and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects. This position is open to Malayalees and requires no English proficiency.

The Construction Manager will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and staffing requirements
• Overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish
• Monitoring progress of projects against timeline objectives
• Ensuring that safety protocols are adhered to at all times
• Maintaining communication with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Resolving scheduling conflicts with subcontractors or suppliers
• Coordinating the delivery of materials to the site
• Reviewing project plans for accuracy and completeness
