Resort Manager – Malaysia

We are looking for a Resort Manager to join our team in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing resorts and have excellent customer service and organizational skills. This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring quality customer service and satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

The successful candidate should possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and be a team player. They should also have a good understanding of budgeting processes as well as excellent problem-solving skills. In addition, they must have the ability to think creatively when devising solutions to challenges that may arise in running the resort. Ideally, we are looking for someone who is fluent in Malayalam or another local language as well as English.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage all aspects of the resort's operations including staff supervision and management, budgeting, maintenance of facilities, marketing activities, customer service initiatives, and more. They will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase occupancy rates while providing a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in all areas of their work and demonstrate their ability to lead by example.
