Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Lusail, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for our office in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and handle a variety of administrative tasks. Preference will be given to applicants who are Indian citizens and can speak English fluently.

The administrative assistant's duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting with day-to-day office operations
• Answering phones and dealing with customer inquiries
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail
• Scheduling appointments
• Preparing reports and other documents
• Keeping track of office supplies
• Providing general clerical support to all departments
• Ensuring the accuracy of data entry into the company's systems
• Performing other administrative duties as needed.
This is a full-time position without accommodation. No experience is required; however, previous experience working in an office or similar environment would be an asset. This role is suitable for both men and women.
