Administrative Assistant - Lusail, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong background in administrative tasks.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working with diverse teams and possess a good command of the English language. Preference may be given to applicants who are nationals of Pakistan or Malayalees.
The main responsibilities of this role include providing administrative support to staff and clients, managing calendars and schedules, handling incoming calls, preparing reports, filing documents, and other related duties as assigned. The successful applicant must also be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Qualified candidates should have at least two years' experience in an administrative position. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required for this role.
