Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are looking for a highly organized Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be an Egyptian national with a good command of the English language.

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping staff to ensure that our hotel and services are kept clean and neat. You will be responsible for setting cleaning standards, ensuring that hotel rooms and common areas are clean, and managing a team of housekeepers.

You must have excellent organizational skills and strong communication abilities to coordinate with other departments. You will also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer feedback to develop new ways of improving the housekeeping service.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
• Previous experience in a managerial position
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team of housekeepers efficiently
• Ability to stay current on industry trends and customer feedback
• Egyptian nationality preferred but not required
