Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Process payments by cash or credit/debit cards
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift
• Answer customers’ questions regarding products or services
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure knowledge of all products offered by the company
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace

Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a Cashier or similar role preferred
• Excellent customer service skills • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and quickly • Good organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment • Proficiency in English language is an added advantage
