Oenologist vacancy in Jabal-Ali UAE

Junior Oenologist – Jabal-Ali, UAE (Preference for Malaysians, No English Required)
We are looking for a Junior Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for winemaking and will be responsible for developing and producing quality wines. This role requires no prior experience and is suitable for freshers.

The successful candidate must have an excellent understanding of winemaking techniques and processes. They should also be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Junior Oenologist will be expected to develop new recipes, control fermentation processes, monitor aging of wines, assess wine quality as well as oversee the bottling process. Additionally, they will need to stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends in order to ensure that the wines produced meet the highest standards.
