Call Center Operator (Part-Time, Ajman, UAE - Preferred Indian Nationality)
We are looking for an experienced Call Center Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate should be a preferred Indian national with excellent communication and customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of the Call Center Operator will be to answer incoming calls and provide customer service to our clients. You will also be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, processing requests, and managing complaints in a professional manner. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

To be successful in this role, you should possess good problem-solving skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should also have excellent telephone etiquette and a polite demeanor when dealing with customers. Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly desired. This is a part-time position and no English language proficiency is required.
