Job Title: Call Center Representative - Medina, Saudi Arabia (Preference for Indians with Biometric Passport and English Speaking Ability)
We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a biometric passport, excellent English speaking abilities, and no prior experience is necessary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service in our call center, including receiving and making calls from/to customers, providing accurate information about our products and services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and providing general support. They must have the ability to remain professional at all times while delivering exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have good communication skills and problem-solving abilities. They must also be able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
