Administrative Manager (Africa) - Medina, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate must have administrative experience, preferably in a managerial capacity.

The primary responsibilities of the Administrative Manager will include but not limited to: managing administrative staff; creating and maintaining filing systems; monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of all administrative processes; overseeing the budgeting and financial processes; developing and implementing procedures to ensure efficiency; facilitating communication between departments; overseeing the maintenance of office equipment; providing support to senior staff members; and leading projects as needed.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a similar role, be a fast learner with excellent organizational skills, possess strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate the ability to work independently. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. We are willing to provide on-site accommodation for suitable candidates.
